Hello there!
As an experienced coach with two decades of leadership coaching and consulting, I combine my experience with Dare to Lead with my expertise in Cognitive Coaching and ICF ACC Coaching to support members to be self-aware, resourceful, and lead with grounded confidence.
Driven by a passion for education, I became a teacher, then an administrator, and eventually a coach. My nomadic spirit inspired me to earn a Master’s in International and Intercultural Communications from Denver University, where I also led service-learning programs in Bosnia for seven years.
Additionally as a certified Dare to Lead™ and Daring Classroom™ facilitator, I’ve trained and coached thousands of leaders globally, including in South Korea and India. Additionally, I have served clients in education at all levels, c-suite executives, health care professionals, tech & software, government agencies, schools, daycare centers, parents, and board members.
